Flamingo Study Tour

-Singapore-

In an extraordinary venture that seamlessly blended education with leisure, our team recently concluded an enriching study tour in the vibrant landscapes of Malaysia and Singapore. Beyond the traditional bounds of the workplace, this journey exemplified the company's commitment to fostering a thriving team spirit and a joyful community.

At the core of Changi Airport, we visited the world's largest indoor waterfall and forest-themed shopping mall designed and built by internationally renowned architect Moshe Safdie. Its unique circular appearance made of glass and steel makes it the most representative landmark building in the Changi Airport area.

-Malaysia-

Malaysia

Leaving Singapore, we went up the Strait and arrived at Melaka, a city full of historical and cultural heritage.

Experience the unique Malaysian cuisine at the food market, listen to the story of Zheng He at the Bukit China; experience the history of Malaysia at the Red House Square, Queen's Clock Tower, St. Paul's Church, and Santiago Ancient City Gate ; overlook the strait from the Portuguese castle and merchant ships passing by.

No cultural exploration is complete without a foray into local cuisine. Colleagues sampled delicacies from both Malaysia and Singapore, creating opportunities for shared meals and conversations that transcended professional spheres. The joy of discovering new flavors together added a delicious dimension to the team's shared experiences.

Port Dickson

In the seaside city of Port Dickson, we felt the unique maritime style of Malaysia. As the closest beach to Kuala Lumpur, compared to the busy and noisy metropolis of Kuala Lumpur, the leisurely charm of Port Dickson is attractive due to the leisurely atmosphere emanating from the boats moored at the port.

A curated photo gallery vividly captures the joy, laughter, and camaraderie that permeated the journey. From candid shots during team-building activities to shared moments at cultural landmarks, each photograph tells a story of the vibrant team spirit that defines Flamingo.

The administrative center of Malaysia Prince City; the Water Mosque, which combines traditional Malay and Muslim styles with a pink dome made of granite; the artificial lake Putrajaya Lake; and the Prime Minister's Office, which combines Islamic and European architectural styles. The various religious buildings and unique architectural styles are a feast for the eyes. As another religious building, we also visited the Hindu holy site Batu Caves where we Climbed 272 steps.

As a world-renowned building in Kuala Lumpur, the Petronas Twin Towers are certainly not to be missed. This tallest skyscraper in the 20th century can only be fully awe-inspiring if you see it with your own eyes.

The most famous summer resort in Kuala Lumpur Garden on the Clouds can be reached by taking a cable car. As the cable car rises, we had a panoramic view of Malaysia's unique natural scenery, and even saw the coastline and the sunset intersecting in the distance.

The success of the study tour wouldn't have been possible without the meticulous planning and execution by our dedicated organizers. Their commitment ensured a seamless blend of education, team building, and leisure, creating an experience that will resonate within the Flamingo family for years to come.

As the team members return to their daily routines, the experiences gained during the study tour will serve as a catalyst for enhanced collaboration, improved communication, and a deeper appreciation for the diverse talents within the Flamingo team.

Reading thousands of books is not as good as traveling thousands of miles. Study tour is not about how many pictures can be captured with a camera, but about all the personal experiences during the process. Our team members not only experienced the unique customs and natural scenery of the exotic country, but also established a foundation for future business cooperation . This is also consistent with our vision of FLAMINGO going global.

Looking forward to 2024, FLAMINGO will never stop and looks forward to the next study tour.
